2. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handmade, which means:

  • Slight variations in size, color, and design may occur

  • These variations are normal and are not considered defects

3. Orders & Custom Items

  • All sales are considered final once production has started

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Please double-check your order details before purchasing

4. Refunds & Returns

Bentley’s Creations does not offer full refunds.

  • If a customer decides they no longer want the product after purchase, only 20% of the purchase price will be refunded

  • The remaining amount covers materials, time, and labor

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact Bentley’s Creations within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • A replacement or partial refund will be offered at our discretion

6. Shipping

  • Bentley’s Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers

  • Once an item has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

7. Care Instructions

Care instructions are provided with products when applicable. Bentley’s Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use.
